Group Registration & Renewal Form

Hello! This form is for student groups who are registering or renewing their group status. Your group must be actively registered to be recognized by the CCSS and be eligible for support and funding during that semester. Registration or Renewal is active only for the semester when the form is submitted electronically (eg. Renewal forms submitted in December are only valid for the Fall Semester renewal).
