December 2007 was a busy month until school ended. Racing around to get to meetings and maintain office hours during the final stretch of the last semester proved to be very strenuous.

- Receiving and responding to E-mails, phone calls off campus
- Attended 1 non-quorate board meeting
- Petitioning for CFS campaigns

Nexus Liaison
The Nexus meetings fall into a time that is inconsistent with my class schedule and so I cannot attend their meetings. Relations were maintained this month over campus food issues.
Provincial Executive Representative
The CFS-We Ride Campaign is the target of attention for the coming months.
4) College Committees - Subtotal Hours (2)
CamFoodCom: The Camosun Food Committee met this month. Iain Russell, Monty Lenny, and I were in attendance as student representatives, as well as Kathy LeGros, the Chartwell’s Regional director, and the head chef from the Chartwell’s kiosk at Interurban campus. The meeting revolved around the implementation of green disposables and a debit machine on campus.
5) Conclusion
The month of December was great as soon as holidays started.

1) Introduction - Total Hours (18 hours)
I maintained office hours, attended board meetings, and obtained signatures for the We Ride campaign.
2) Basic Duties - Subtotal Hours (16 hours)
- Board Meetings: I attended board meetings and voted on issues concerning the student population. (5 hours)
- CCSS Office Hours: I helped the staff maintain operations with the CCSS Office. (11 hours)

- Signatures: I gathered signatures for the We Ride campaign for two hours this month. (2 hours)/
7) Conclusion
- I spent this month representing students and I intend to continue doing so next month. I will be headed to the CFS meetings in Nanaimo to represent Camosun College students at the provincial level.

January 25, 2008
1) Introduction - Total Hours (19.5 hours)
I attended Student Society Meetings, helped get signatures for various petitions, and campaigned on behalf of the disabled students on campus in a variety of ways.
2) Basic Duties - Subtotal Hours (19.5)
- Campaigning for disabled students: I began a campaign to have honorariums provided to people who wished to take notes for students with disabilities in science and math classes. (5.5 hours)
- Meetings: I attended all board meetings this month and voted on issues on behalf of students. (4 hours)
- Office Hours: I spent considerable time in the office assisting with maintaining operations of the CCSS office. (9 hours).

- I booked rooms for students with disabilities to study and also got signatures for the petition for the we ride campaign, both about half an hour each. (1 hour)
7) Conclusion
-Basically, I campaigned on behalf of students and helped present a friendly face for the students. I intend to continue this work in the upcoming months.

-.This month I have been helping campus executive to purchase food hampers for student and has been cover office hours by my self sometimes between 2-4.30p.m. and went to get some petition for Transit Campaign and helping Ray organize international student event On December 4 2007.
2) Basic Duties - Subtotal Hours (57)
- Two weeks Holidays (32 Hours)
- Helping student with faxing an photocopying
- I have been cover my office hours in both of campuses
- Signing and checking all the cheque
- Cover office hours in both campuses
- Singing all the check and checking all financial expense from CCSS
- Submitted Monthly report
- Attended 1 board meeting but the meeting is canceled because not enough people to process the meeting
- Reading all monthly report and make sure executive and directors are accountability
- Helping Christine to organize Staff dinner
- Helping International Director organize the events for International students

I am planning to call an executive committee meeting to inform a new term what we event are we going to do and discuss abut internal thing in CCSS.I will start talk to international Director to organize the Chinese New years event on Campus and start planning for Camosun club night.
6) Conclusion
It has been a slow month due to exams but overall I still keep track on my duty and helping other people to plan and serve student better in the next coming year.

-.This month has been a new month for some of new elected people and this month focus on Bc transit campaign with Uvss and some internal issue that happened in the CCSS other than that I did complete all my job description in finance areas of CCSS

- Helping student with faxing an photocopying
- I have been cover my office hours in both of campuses
- Signing and checking all the cheque
- Cover office hours in both campuses mostly Lansdowne campus
- Singing all the check and checking all financial expense from CCSS

In December I will go do X’mas food shopping with a campus executive and will take care of hampers at interurban.

.Beside CFS transit campaign that I help Matthew and Ray getting petition and also inform campus executive about food hampers and others things.
